Here are clear answers to the questions buyers ask most before choosing a penis sleeve.
What is Single Density?
The base model sleeve with a shore rating of your choice and one tone of your choice.
What is Dual Density?
Features a realistic pink head with the option of choosing your preferred softness for both the head and shaft. A minimum 1.75-2.00 inch extension is required.
What is Triple Density?
Provides a two-tone realistic pink head with a three-layer structure: Shore 15 head, 00-20 soft outer shaft, and 00-30 medium inner core. Designed to provide maximum comfort for the receiving partner. A minimum 1.75-2.00 inch extension is required.
What is Quadruple Density?
Delivers a super soft gummy bear head, an Ultra Skin or shore 20 outer shaft, and a dual-layer inner core: Shore 50 upper core and Shore 30 lower core. A minimum 1.75-2.00 inch extension is required.
What is sleeve length?
The total size of your sleeve. In the drop-down menu, you can adjust how much length is subtracted. Please allow a 1/4″ +/- tolerance. Some upgrades may have restrictions on minimum sleeve length.
What are the color choices?
Flesh, Tan, and Dark. Other colors are available upon request.
What is inside length?
The length inside the sleeve where the user’s penis or toy is inserted. When using the roll-on method, subtract 0.25 inches from your measured length. For triple or quadruple density, the roll on method is not permitted and no subtraction is needed. Please allow a 1/8″ +/- tolerance.
What is inside opening?
The entry point. Options: 1″ (under 1.5″ diameter), 1 1/16″ (1.5-1.624″), 1 1/8″ (1.625-1.74″), 1 3/16″ (1.75-1.84″), 1 1/4″ (1.85-2″). If over 2″, reach out to us. If between sizes, the smaller size offers a snug fit and the larger size offers a more relaxed fit.
What interior textures are available?
Ribbed Interior (massaging effect) and Bubbled Interior (unique sensation). Available for 1-inch, 1 1/8-inch, and 1 1/4-inch openings.
What is Ultra Finish?
A finish creating a smoother surface, plush to the touch with a skin-like feel. It is odorless, colorless, 100% body safe and won’t discolor over time. It eliminates the natural tackiness of the silicone. A non-ultra finish will have a slight tackiness.
What is Ultra Skin?
Our most plush and lifelike texture, allowing for subtle movement and a squeezeable feel. Includes our Gummy Bear head. The shore rating is a proprietary house blend.
Will a penis sleeve feel natural for a partner?
A well-fitted sleeve made from quality silicone can feel remarkably close to natural skin, especially in dual or triple density builds. The closer the fit and the higher the material grade, the more natural the experience tends to be for both partners.
Are penis sleeve safe to use?
Sleeves made from body-safe, non-porous platinum-cure silicone are widely considered safe for intimate use, and Sensual Extensions products are made entirely from that material. They are sold as novelty items, so responsible use and basic hygiene are always recommended.
Can a penis sleeve stay in place during use?
Yes, when the interior fit is correct. A precise internal measurement keeps a seamless sleeve secure without a strap, while some other designs add a ring or strap for extra hold during use.
Is ordering and shipping kept private?
Sensual Extensions ships every order in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the contents or the brand name. Privacy is treated as a standard part of the process rather than an added extra.
Do penis sleeve work for every size?
Custom sleeves are the most size-flexible option because they are built to individual measurements instead of a single one-size mold. Taking accurate length and girth numbers is what lets a sleeve perform well across very different starting sizes.
How long does a quality penis sleeve last?
A platinum-cure silicone sleeve that is cleaned and stored properly can last for years. Cheaper porous materials such as TPE tend to degrade much faster, which is one of the clearest reasons material grade is worth paying attention to.
