Availability of Goods

If an item you order is unavailable, we will contact you with options for a substitute of equal value or a full refund.

Cancellation and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items, which we will gladly replace. We may refuse returns for non-defective items, but contact us if needed, and we will assist where possible.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items.
• Return packaging should be original and undamaged to avoid extra charges.
• Recommended return method: Use recorded delivery to ensure safe returns. Include an explanation for the return and the email used for your order.
• Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled or returned orders at our discretion.

Delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 7 days once manufactured. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery due to courier processing (UPS, FedEx, USPS). International shipping times vary based on location and courier selection.

• We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control.
• Customs charges for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Upon receipt, inspect your order and notify us immediately of any issues.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

1. Delays caused by third-party couriers.
2. Additional customs charges for international orders.
3. Indirect losses such as lost profits or opportunities.
4. Damages where there is no breach of duty on our part.

These Terms do not affect your legal rights regarding defective goods or negligence claims.

General Provisions
