We are proud to be the first custom sleeve manufacturer to bring you the option to create your own sleeve. When we talk about custom sleeves we never really think about actually creating your own……. except with a twist.
How it works……
1) find a dildo that you like and want to convert to a sleeve.
2) send us the link so we can verify it’s a compatible model.
3) once verified, we will give you confirmation to purchase the dildo and the “create your own sleeve” listing.
(The dildo must be brand new and shipped to us directly by the seller ) we will provide you with a p.o box to ship too.
4) upon receiving the dildo, we will inspect it for flaws. If there are any flaws we will reach out to you for an approval. If you do not approve of the flaws then a new dildo must be purchased and sent to us. The mold is only as good as the model we use.
5) once approved, we’ll start building the mold until finished.

As part of the purchase, you’ll receive a sleeve of your model with any upgrades you’d like, as well as being able to name your new sleeve. All of this is at no extra cost to you.
* if you are looking to get a triple density upgrade then the model should be at least 2.1 diameter or bigger.
* the mold will remain property of Sensual Extensions
* the original model sent in will be disposed of.
* if you are needing a 1.25 opening or bigger then we’d like to see a diameter of 2.4 or bigger (for triple density) and at least 1.75 or bigger for single and dual density.
* build times will vary due to the time it takes to build a custom mold.

Sleeve Options
COLOR
We offer 3 colors to choose from. Flesh, Tan and Dark. other colors are available upon request.
INSIDE DIMENSION– The inside dimension is defined as the length inside the sleeve where the users penis or toy is inserted. When using a roll on method we’ve found that subtracting .25″Â from your inside length will be sufficient due to the stretch of the silicone. While this is just a suggestion it ultimately lies on you to be accurate when measuring your erect penis for the correct dimension. We have multiple options for the internal depth on the drop down menu when ordering.
INTERNAL OPENING – The internal opening is the part of the sleeve where the user inserts the penis or toy. We have 3 different size options available for the internal opening
1) 1 inch opening
2) 1 1/8 inch opening
If your penis or toy measures above 1.48 inches in diameter we recommend choosing the 1 1/8 inch opening, if it measures under we recommend the 1 inch opening. If your penis measures above 1.75 we recommend going with a custom 1.25 opening, **PLEASE INFORM US IN THE NOTES IF YOU NEED A 1.25 OPENING SO WE CAN ADJUST, ALSO THERE IS NO HOLLOW OPTION AVAILABLE WITH THE 1.25 SO BE SURE NOT TO PURCHASE THAT OPTION
MATTE FINISH – Matte is an option we offer that reduces the surface tension of the sleeve and results in a very smooth surface. The matte finish option comes with a warning from our silicone manufacturer that reads as follows….
“Warning – Allergen; people who are allergic to durian, tree nuts and tree nut derivatives or musk thistle seed should avoid contact with this product and cured pieces which contain this product”
If you have any of the above allergies we recommend following the manufacturer recommendation.
A non matte option will result in a slight tackiness on the sleeve due to the characteristics of the silicone. To add the matte option simply go to our store and you’ll see a separate listing for the matte option. Simply add it to cart along with your sleeve choice and check out with both items. *** A MATTE FINISH IS NOT PERMITTED ON A TRIPLE DENSITY SLEEVE***
HOLLOWÂ – when choosing the hollow option you will be selecting the option that will give you a widened opening inside the sleeve where the user’s head of the penis sits. This reduces stress and any discomfort on the glands you may have experienced with other sleeves, it also reduces the “bump out” effect often associated with smaller girth sleeves. Hollow option can be used on all sleeves. Hollowed section will be less prominent on lower girth sleeves due to wall thickness
DUAL DENSITYÂ – The dual density option gives you a realistic pink head as well as a dual density. if you are getting a single density then the sleeve must be a single tone, if you want a dual tone (pink head) then you must choose a dual density. if you are choosing a single density there are options in the drop down menu for that as well.
example: “shore 20 all sleeve” will give you a sleeve that is a shore 20 for the whole sleeve (single density)

IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE SHAFT OR HEAD TO HAVE A LOWER SHORE RATING BE SURE TO CHOOSE AN OPTION FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU.
*** A 1.75-2.00 INCH EXTENSION WITH THE DUAL DENSITY IS MANDATORY. SOME LARGER MODELS WILL REQUIRE MORE THAN 2 INCHES. THE HEAD OF THE SLEEVE MUST BE SOLID SILICONE, IF YOUR REQUESTED INTERNAL DIMENSION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THAT YOUR SLEEVE WILL BE MADE AS CLOSE AS ALLOWABLE ***
TRIPLE DENSITY – The triple density option gives you a 2 tone realistic pink head look to the sleeve as well as a triple density, the head of the sleeve will have a shore 15 head. the outer shaft will feature a 00-20 shore (soft) and a
00-30 inner core(medium).
The design of this upgrade is aimed at the ultimate comfort for the receiving partner.
ULTRA SKIN – this is our new realistic skin for our triple density upgrade. Our most realistic skin yet. With ultra skin, you can move the skin around and even squeeze it. Our most plush skin texture that we offer. This option is not our moving skin option, but the feel is incredibly real and lifelike. A MUST HAVE!!
When you purchase the ultra skin, it also comes with our new marshmallow head! The softest head we offer. This goes great with large girth sleeves and offers maximum comfort for the receiving partner. The shore rating for the ultra skin is a house blend and not available by any manufacturer.Due to the delicate nature of the ultra skin, some areas may need a hand finish touch up. This is normal and will not affect sleeve performance in any way.

QUADRUPLE DENSITY – Our quadruple density features our super soft gummy bear head, ultra skin outer shaft, on the inside of the sleeve you’ll have a shore 50 (extra firm) upper core and a shore 30 (medium) lower core. the length and shore ratings of the sleeve cannot be altered when getting this upgrade.
SLEEVE LENGTH – The sleeve length is the overall dimension you would like your sleeve to be. In the drop down menu you can choose how much you’d like subtracted from the overall length of the sleeve. keep in mind some upgrades like dual and triple density will have restrictions on how short you can go.
INTERIOR TEXTUREÂ –You can choose between a ribbed interior, bubbled interior, or french tickler. All 3 offer great stimulation for the wearer while not compromising the functionality of the sleeve.
Simply choose from the drop-down menu which style you would like.
