How it works……
1) find a dildo that you like and want to convert to a sleeve.
2) send us the link so we can verify it’s a compatible model.
3) once verified, we will give you confirmation to purchase the dildo and the “create your own sleeve” listing.
(The dildo must be brand new and shipped to us directly by the seller ) we will provide you with a p.o box to ship too.
4) upon receiving the dildo, we will inspect it for flaws. If there are any flaws we will reach out to you for an approval. If you do not approve of the flaws then a new dildo must be purchased and sent to us. The mold is only as good as the model we use.
5) once approved, we’ll start building the mold until finished.

As part of the purchase, you’ll receive a sleeve of your model with any upgrades you’d like, as well as being able to name your new sleeve. All of this is at no extra cost to you.
* if you are looking to get a triple density upgrade then the model should be at least 2.1 diameter or bigger.
* the mold will remain property of Sensual Extensions
* the original model sent in will be disposed of.
* if you are needing a 1.25 opening or bigger then we’d like to see a diameter of 2.4 or bigger (for triple density) and at least 1.75 or bigger for single and dual density.
* build times will vary due to the time it takes to build a custom mold.

We offer three standard colors: Flesh, Tan, and Dark. Other colors are available upon request.
The inside dimension refers to the length inside the sleeve where the user’s penis or toy is inserted. When using the roll-on method, we recommend subtracting 0.25 inches from your measured inside length due to the natural stretch of silicone. This is a guideline; ultimately, it is your responsibility to measure your erect penis accurately for the correct fit. Multiple internal depth options are available in the drop-down menu when ordering.
The matte finish option reduces surface tension, creating a smoother surface. However, it comes with an allergen warning from our silicone manufacturer:
Warning: Individuals allergic to durian, tree nuts, tree nut derivatives, or musk thistle seed should avoid contact with this product.
A non-matte finish will have a slight tackiness due to the natural properties of silicone. If you’d like the matte finish, simply add the matte option as a separate listing in our store and check out with both items.
Matte finish is NOT permitted on triple density sleeves.
Choosing the hollow option provides a wider opening inside the sleeve for the head of the penis, resulting in enhanced comfort and reduced stress on the glans compared to standard sleeves. This design also minimizes the “bump-out” effect that can occur with smaller-girth sleeves. The hollow feature is available on all models; however, on sleeves with a lower girth, the hollowed section will be less prominent due to wall thickness.
The internal opening is the entry point of the sleeve where the user inserts their penis or toy. We offer three size options:
Important: If you need a 1.25-inch opening, please specify in the order notes so we can adjust accordingly. This size is not available with the hollow option, so ensure you do not select hollow when choosing this option.
The dual density option features a realistic pink head and a softer feel. If you prefer a single density sleeve, it must be a single tone. For a dual tone (pink head), you must select the dual density option.
Shore Ratings for Dual Density:
If you want a different shore rating for the shaft or head, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
⚠️ A minimum 1.75-2.00 inch extension is required for dual density sleeves. Larger models may require more than 2 inches to ensure the head remains solid silicone. If your requested internal dimension does not accommodate this requirement, we will adjust it as closely as possible.
The triple density option provides a two-tone realistic pink head with an advanced three-layer structure for enhanced comfort.
