When using the roll-on method, we recommend subtracting 0.25 inches from your measured inside length due to the natural stretch of silicone. This is a guideline; ultimately, it is your responsibility to measure your erect penis accurately for the correct fit. ⚠️ A minimum 1.75-2.00 inch extension is required for dual density sleeves. Larger models may require more than 2 inches to ensure the head remains solid silicone. If your requested internal dimension does not accommodate this requirement, we will adjust it as closely as possible.
