Cancellation and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items, which we will gladly replace. We may refuse returns for non-defective items, but contact us if needed, and we will assist where possible.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items.
- Return packaging should be original and undamaged to avoid extra charges.
- Recommended return method: Use recorded delivery to ensure safe returns. Include an explanation for the return and the email used for your order.
- Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled or returned orders at our discretion.
Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 7 days once manufactured. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery due to courier processing (UPS, FedEx, USPS). International shipping times vary based on location and courier selection.
- We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control.
- Customs charges for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Upon receipt, inspect your order and notify us immediately of any issues.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Additional customs charges for international orders.
